Leadership Assistance Program (LeAP)

Welcome!

The Leadership Assistance Program (LeAP) is charged with delivering the Scouting program to youth who ordinarily would not participate due to economic or social barriers. We do this by partnering with organizations to provide after school programs at elementary schools, middle schools, churches, low-income housing, and community organizations that serve Denver metro's diverse population.

Our goal is to make Scouting available to all youth that want to participate. LeAP provides paid program aides, mentors, and volunteers that serve as leaders for each program. All paid adults are trained in youth protection and leader specific training for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing. If you are interested in becoming a paid program aide, please email Bob Williams (link below).
